Free Shopify to WooCommerce Migration

Providing you with a private staging server gives you the ability to make customizations before officially going live using your own domain. Once the WooCommerce shop is set up you can begin the Shopify to WooCommerce migration.

Enter Shopify Credentials

Provide your Shopify store API credentials. Salestar will connect to Shopify and verify all permissions. Once the verification is successful and all permissions are correct you can continue the migration.

Select Items To Migrate

Select the items you want Salestar to automatically migrate from Shopify. You can migrate the following items:

Items Exported From Shopify

Salestar will automatically connect to Shopify and begin the export of all items you chose to migrate. All items are saved and converted by Salestar for WooCommerce compatibility during migration. Salestar automatically links customers to their orders, products to respective categories, images to products and more.

Items Imported To WooCommerce

Once all of the Shopify items you chose to migrate have been exported, Salestar will begin to automatically import them into your staging WooCommerce shop.

Migration Complete

One the WooCommerce import is complete, you will be given the option to review the entire migration results. If you are satisfied, the migration is complete.

Congratulations, you have fully migrated your Shopify store into WooCommerce!

Bring Your Own Domain

When you are ready to go live, use the custom domain wizard to begin the process of pointing your domain to your WooCommerce shop. The wizard will contain all of the instructions necessary including the vital DNS records specific to your private WooCommerce server.

When you set up a custom domain, Salestar will also automatically install a free SSL certificate. You no longer need to purchase an SSL certification and deal with the complicated manual installation. Even better, the SSL certificate is auto updated and remains free for life.
